Owner, Extreme Construction & Maintenance

With over 30 years of experience in construction, maintenance, and property management, I founded Extreme Construction & Maintenance in 2013 to bring reliable, high-quality service to Alaskan communities. As a long-time Alaska resident since 1991, I understand the unique challenges of maintaining properties in our extreme environment—and I’ve built a team that’s equipped to handle them year-round.

 I have well-rounded knowledge and experience in all aspects and levels of maintenance and construction. I am proficient in a wide range of construction projects, including electrical, mechanical, and structural systems. My role often involves coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, environmental service providers, real estate agents, insurance adjusters, and various subcontractors—ensuring every project is executed with precision and professionalism focusing on clear communication, dependable service, and cost-effective solutions.

I work closely with association boards and property management companies, bringing firsthand insight from over 15 years serving on a condo board. I also have 20+ years as a landlord, giving me a deep understanding of property owners’ needs and expectations.

At Extreme Construction & Maintenance, we pride ourselves on managing projects from start to finish with professionalism and attention to detail—whether we're handling routine maintenance or complex renovations. I personally oversee crews and subcontractors to ensure every job is done right.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife of over 30 years, our four children, and three grandchildren.
