QUALIFICATIONS:

-Minimum of (5) years of verified experience in the areas of Carpentry and Maintenance, Residential and/or Commercial Maintenance required.

-Requirement to be capable of working independently without supervision and have the knowledge and experience to 1) assess and identify work orders, 2) inspect and/or repair damage, and 3) report activity accurately

-Minimum of (3) years running crews and/or supervising 2 or more crew members.

-Knowledge of building codes preferred

-Drywall and patch experience preferred

-Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation and consent to a driving record check

- Must be able to lift 60+ lbs.

- Looking for applicants with a team mentality & strong work ethic

-Minimum of (5) years of proven experience in Remodeling.

-Experience and knowledge of running remodeling projects and 5+ years' experience running crews during all phases of remodeling.

-Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation and consent to have driving record pulled

- Must be able to lift 60+ lbs.

-Minimum of (2) years of consistent experience in remodeling required.

-Requirement to be capable of working with minimal supervision

-Knowledge and experience in remodeling

-Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation

-Consent to a driving record check

- Must be able to lift 60+ lbs.

-Labor intensive 8-hour schedule with occasional overtime.
